HOW TO MAKE A CRIMSON STREET COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 40 ml VS
  • 25 ml dry rosé wine
  • 10 ml watermelon syrup
  • red aperitif (Amaro, Aperol® Aperitivo)
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • Top with soda

Recipe

  1. Build all ingredients into a shaker, except the soda and shake vigorously
  2. Pour into a Highball or Double Old Fashioned glass ½ full of cobbled or pebble ice
  3. Add the soda water
  4. Pack in extra ice
  5. Garnish with a watermelon slice
