0.5 raspberry liqueur
0.5 pineapple syrup
0.5 fresh squeezed lemon juice
Top with soda

Build all ingredients into a tin, except the soda, and shake vigorously

Step 2

Pour into a Double Old Fashioned glass ½ full of cobbled or crushed ice

Step 3

Add the soda water

Step 4

Pack in extra ice

Garnish with a raspberry and a mint sprig
