  • 1.5 VSOP
  • 0.5 red aperitif (Amaro, Aperol® Aperitivo, or Campari® Liqueur)
  • 0.75 fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 orange juice
  • Top with blood orange soda (Fever-Tree®)

Step-by-step

Build all ingredients into a tin, except the soda and shake vigorously

Step 2

Pour into a Highball glass ½ full of cobbled or pebble ice

Step 3

Add the soda water, then pack in extra ice

Step 4
