Island Daisy

This cocktail brings to mind lazy afternoons on a tropical beach. The indulgent combination of almond syrup and pineapple juice transports you to the white sand beaches of the islands.

What you need

  • 1.75  parts  VSOP
  • 0.5 parts pineapple juice
  • 0.5 parts almond syrup
  • 1 part fresh squeezed lemon juice

Step-by-step

Build all ingredients into a tin and shake vigorously

Pour into a Highball or Double Old Fashioned glass ½ full of cobbled or pebble ice

Pack in extra ice
