The origins of the Vieux Carré come from New Orleans. The drink was invented in 1937 as a tribute to the diverse ethnic groups that made up the French Quarter at the time.

- 1 bar spoons Bénédictine® Liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura® Bitters
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s® Bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass

Add ice and stir until chilled
Step 3
Strain over ice into a Double Old Fashioned glass
Step 4
Garnish with a lemon peel
