Citrus Spritz

This elegant cocktail is ideally suited as a summer refresher. When made properly, it should reflect the season of carefree joy, a ray of sun in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 VSOP
  • 0.75 lemon liqueur
  • 0.5 orange juice
  • 0.5 fresh lemon juice
  • Top with champagne, sparkling wine or soda

Step-by-step

Build all ingredients into a tin, except the soda and shake vigorously

Step 2

Pour into a Highball glass ½ full of cubed or cobbled ice

Step 3

Add the soda water

Step 4

Pack in extra ice and garnish with a lemon twist and raspberry
