  • Is this tour accessible for people with reduced mobility?

    Due to ongoing renovation, the tour is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. We apologize and thank you for your understanding.

  • Can I bring children to the tour?

    The tour is accessible for children (free for those under 12 years old) and 5 euros for children between 12 and 17 years old.

  • Will I be able to find parking?

    Parking is available around the Courvoisier visitor center (at the place du Château at Jarnac or at the quai de lle Madame at Mainxe-Gondeville).

  • What happens if I arrive late to the tour?

    Out of respect for others who have booked the tour, we may not be able to accommodate your delay, but it might be possible to join the next tour once you arrive.

  • Is the tour indoors or outdoors?

    The majority of the tour is indoors, however, there is a short walk outside in order to visit the aging cellar.
